About Me

My path to becoming a therapist has been anything but linear. It started with a love for psychology, nurtured during my honours course at Delhi University. But life had other plans, and I found myself immersed in the corporate world after completing my MBA..
For years, I navigated the challenges and triumphs of the business world, gaining invaluable experience in communication, strategy, and understanding people. However, my passion for psychology remained a constant undercurrent, driving me to offer support and guidance to those around me.
Eventually, I realized that my true calling lay in helping others navigate their own personal journeys. I returned to academia, completing my master’s in Psychology from Singhania University and a certificate in clinical counselling from Medversity.
Today, I combine my corporate experience with my psychological training to provide a unique perspective to my clients. I have had the privilege of working with individuals facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their inner world, gain insights, and develop strategies to lead more fulfilling lives.
My journey has taught me the importance of perseverance, self-discovery, and following your passion. I am grateful for the opportunity to use my experiences to empower others on their own paths toward healing and growth.
