So often we ask this question to our friends, loved ones, children, spouse but forget asking ourself?
We don’t as we are caught up in the day today activities and loose out asking the most important person, yes US.
Our mental health has a significant impact on the quality of our life. Taking care of our mental health allows us to contribute to our community, cope with stress, have quality relationships, and good physical health.
Poor mental health, on the other hand, is linked with issues like increased stress, sleep problems, smoking, and substance use. If your mental health is suffering, you might feel overwhelmed more easily, have trouble maintaining relationships, and experience low self-esteem.

To cope with everyday stressors, we need to be aware of our mental health. It’s a state which should not be taken lightly as our life wholly depend on it.
There are many challenges to mental health but it is important to stay mentally healthy.
First and foremost, Physical exercise, adequate sleep, staying connected with others and having a positive outlook. These are the gems which lead to overall wellbeing.
A Poem for Mental Health
The mind is a complex thing, With thoughts and feelings that can swing, From high to low, from happy to sad, It's hard to know where you're going to land. Sometimes the mind can be a dark place, Where thoughts of self-harm and suicide race, It can be hard to see the light at the end, When you're in the middle of a mental health bend. But please remember, you're not alone, There are people who care and want to help you cope, With the challenges that you're facing today, Reach out for help, don't be afraid. There is no shame in seeking help, In fact, it's the bravest thing you can do, To admit that you're struggling, And that you need some help to get through. So please, don't suffer in silence, Speak up, reach out, and get the help you need, Your mental health is important, And you deserve to feel happy and free.
