Wonderful post and I agree with you, a lot of aging has to do with your mindset. We all age but that doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy ourselves and stay young at heart. And taking care of ourselves both mentally and physically helps us stay young.
It’s true that the age is only a number but society wants us to be for ever young. When I was told by my coach at the gym club, that my body parameters are those of one woman of about 20 years older, I was super happy! Interesting reflection!
