Who am I?
Still buffering?
I am 20, 30, 40, 50 year old and beyond, figuring out myself and the ways of the world. My seniors whether, family, colleagues, friends nudge me every day that I will be get it. I will understand the intricacies of the world, will know myself better.
I learn, acknowledge, experience, and slowly move ahead. Each decade brings new experience, new people to deal with in different ways.
I learn in the process, about the world and myself.
Though I make improvements in dealing with the world but my own reactions, judgement, understanding surprise me. Each new situation unfolds a new aspect of my personality.
And then I hear, Life is so much more then we know, we need to live it to experience it.

But how do we truly know ourselves better?
Start by identifying your core values such as honesty, helpfulness, loyalty, trust, wealth, or family. Your values can guide your life decisions, like leaving a job where dishonesty is required. Interests play a massive role too. Your hobbies, passions, and causes you care about can guide your career or lifestyle choices.
Your temperament, whether you’re an introvert or extrovert, affects how you engage with the world and communicate your needs to others. Around-the-clock activities refer to when you like doing certain activities, helping you align your schedule with your internal clock for greater contentment.
Knowing your life mission and goals provides a sense of purpose and direction. Reflect on meaningful events in your life to understand what truly matters to you. Identifying your strengths and weaknesses allows you to leverage your skills and improve areas of weakness for overall personal growth.
To deepen self-knowledge, write in a journal, meditate, stay curious, step out of your comfort zone, track your progress, and maintain smart habits. Remember, understanding oneself is an ongoing process, a journey of self-discovery that unfolds with each passing decade. So, embark on this journey, and discover who you truly are.
