So, the next time you come across a trending topic making its rounds yet again, ask yourself: Does this add value to my life? Is this worth rereading or rewatching? By consciously curating what you consume, you protect your mental space from unnecessary clutter and ensure that only meaningful, positive, and productive content occupies your thoughts.
Ultimately, it’s not about how many times we’re exposed to the same ideas. It’s about being intentional with what we consume and choosing to feed our minds with the kind of content that helps us grow.
